The Embodied Reset is designed to meet you in real life — not pull you out of it. Each teaching is ~30 minutes, each practice 15–20 minutes. You can complete them in just a pocket of your day, or stretch them across a week. With 2 years of access, there’s no rush.

Not at all. Every practice is guided and accessible, with gentle variations. Whether this is your very first time or you’ve been practicing for years, the Reset meets you where you are.
