The Embodied Reset is designed to meet you in real life — not pull you out of it. Each teaching is around 30 minutes, each practice 15–20 minutes. You can move through them in just a pocket of your day, or stretch them over the week. And because you have 2 years’ access, there’s no rush.

Do I need to know yoga or embodiment practices already?

Not at all. Every practice is guided and accessible, with gentle variations offered. Whether this is your very first time moving this way, or you’ve been practicing for years, the Reset is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

When do I get access?

Because you’re part of my mindfulness letters — my intimate email list — you step inside first. The Reset opens for you on September 9, before the wider world is invited in. This is your early doorway in.

How long will I have access?
