Hi, I’m Jana, the heart behind Inner Shala.

Life has a way of pulling us in many directions, doesn’t it? Along the way, I’ve discovered that the answers we seek aren’t out there—they’re already within us, waiting to be heard.

With over 800 hours of yoga teacher training, and as a holistic health coach and embodiment facilitator, my journey has been one of learning, unlearning, and remembering what it means to truly be. It hasn’t always been easy. There were moments when I felt lost, untethered—but those moments led me back to the wisdom within, a quiet voice that reminded me to trust, to surrender, and to flow.

Yoga became my refuge—a space to reconnect with my body, embrace stillness, and move through fear with grace. It’s not just about poses or flexibility; it’s a practice of returning home to yourself, over and over again.
