Hi, I’m Jana, the creator of Inner Shala.
With over 800 hours of yoga teacher training and as a holistic health coach and embodiment facilitator, I’ve been on a journey of learning, unlearning, and reconnecting with the wisdom within. Life doesn’t always follow a plan, but when I surrender to intuition and trust the flow, everything unfolds in ways I couldn’t have imagined.
Yoga has taught me to return to my body, trust my inner intelligence, and embrace stillness, even when it feels unfamiliar. It’s a practice of letting go, moving through fear, and listening to the quiet knowing inside.
