Guided by intuitive movements, a gentle awakening of the body, silent meditation and your breath, Shala Studio is your reminder for love and self-care.

Each Sunday, receive a soft invitation to reconnect with your inner peace. Shala Sundays bring a pre-recorded, 30-minute restorative meditative yoga flow, designed to fit into your rhythm. Delivered with a cozy email containing a gentle quote, a reflective journaling prompt, and a link to your meditation, each session is a weekly anchor—a space to pause, breathe, and be.
This ritual of self-care is more than a moment; it’s a reminder to ground yourself, nurture calm, and cultivate presence. By setting aside this time, you strengthen the connection between body and breath, steadying your mind and soothing your nervous system, creating a reservoir of peace that you carry with you into the week.

Begin a guided journey designed to awaken essential qualities like self-love, gratitude, and inner peace. Over 4-6 weeks, each course offers an in-depth workbook, grounding daily practices, and flowing yoga sequences that move with intention. Through meditations and reflective journaling prompts, these courses invite you to grow and connect deeply within yourself, cultivating a life of inner alignment, presence, and compassion.
After the moving meditation I often feel an inner peace which isnt there before and I get a glimpse of trusting my body and myself again.
I learned to come back to myself, to my senses, to write down my thoughts and let them out of my head, to feel emotions in a body and let them go through without harming me.

The Shala Studio practice is an interpretation of traditional yoga and fluidUs, interwoven with embodiment practices, drawing inspiration from mystical exploration, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
On this journey, you will re-encounter the innate, instinctive, and intuitive movements and energetic flows of your body.
This embodied practice, alongside curated music, is about allowing something to present itself beyond the ordinary. It begins with intention, curiosity, and deep patience, blending breath, touch, lymphatic release, and intentional movements.
We are not looking for what is right or wrong, or the achievement of postures. Instead, I invite you to turn inward, to open up to your inner wisdom, and to awaken your capacity to experience more.
Inner Shala serves as a bridge between the rational and the mystical, between the inner universe and the outer. It's a space for self-care that allows you to connect more deeply, to move beyond thoughts and to be more present.
