The Shala Studio practice is an interpretation of traditional yoga and fluidUs, interwoven with embodiment practices, drawing inspiration from mystical exploration, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

On this journey, you will re-encounter the innate, instinctive, and intuitive movements and energetic flows of your body.

This embodied practice, alongside curated music, is about allowing something to present itself beyond the ordinary. It begins with intention, curiosity, and deep patience, blending breath, touch, lymphatic release, and intentional movements.

We are not looking for what is right or wrong, or the achievement of postures. Instead, I invite you to turn inward, to open up to your inner wisdom, and to awaken your capacity to experience more.

Inner Shala serves as a bridge between the rational and the mystical, between the inner universe and the outer. It's a space for self-care that allows you to connect more deeply, to move beyond thoughts and to be more present.

Shala Studio Practice

Community

We begin each month together, with an intimate
online women's circle where we connect, meditate, share and dive deeper into the theme of the season.

Shala Studio is a space to root back into your body. A safe space where we support each other on the journey to our inner home, our inner shala. 

The circle will be held via zoom on the first Sunday of each month at 19:00 CET.

Weekly Yoga

Experience weekly yoga flows, guided by the elements, seasons and our cycle plus a library of short & long practices so that you can meet yourself in any moment.

Your journey back to yourself begins with your breath, dropping into your body, awakening the senses. Move your body, mindfully with intention, guided by your breath and slowly your mind will begin to become more present.

Sunday Self—Care

Every Sunday you will receive a gentle moving meditation & breath practice together with journaling prompts.

A reminder to slow down, to soften and to prioritise that time for yourself.

Live Workshops

Once a month we connect on a live streamed workshop.

Live Workshops follow a unique theme every quarter, serving as the foundation for both your reading list and the subjects addressed by guest speakers.

Engaging with this theme, you'll be provided with journaling prompts and motivational mindfulness exercises designed to enhance your daily routine.

After the moving meditation I often feel an inner peace which isnt there before and I get a glimpse of trusting my body and myself again.
