After the moving meditation I often feel an inner peace which wasn't there before and I get a glimpse of trusting my body and myself again.
I learned to come back to myself, to my sensations, to write down my thoughts and let them out of my head, to feel emotions in my body and let them flow through without harming me or staying stuck.
